Convert Solana (SOL) to Monero (XMR)
Why swap SOL to XMR. Solana is fast and cheap, but every transfer is public: anyone can follow wallets and amounts on a Solana explorer. Monero hides the sender, the receiver and the amount. Swapping SOL to XMR moves value from a public chain to a private one.
Solana to Monero bridge. Monero runs on its own blockchain without smart contracts, so a swap from Solana needs a route that delivers native XMR. The app labels this route Bridge to Monero, and XMR arrives as native Monero at your address. Depending on the route, a swap may use Symbiosis infrastructure together with external liquidity sources, such as DEXs, pools, aggregators, or partner protocols.
SOL to XMR exchange rate and fees. On 15 October 2026, 10 SOL returned about 1.8749 XMR — about 0.1875 XMR per SOL after all costs. The full cost was about 1.8–1.9% of the amount and is already included in the XMR you receive; the Solana network fee is a fraction of a cent.
Minimum and large amounts. On 15 October 2026, the minimum swap was about 0.2 SOL (about $21); 0.15 SOL was below the route limit. Large amounts go through too: 100 SOL returned about 18.75 XMR, and the largest swaps from Solana to Monero on Symbiosis over the 90 days to 14 October 2026 were 1,000 SOL each.
Monero wallet. XMR arrives at a Monero address — either a primary one, which starts with 4, or a subaddress, which starts with 8. Feather, Cake Wallet, Monerujo and the Monero GUI all work.
Speed. Over the 90 days to 14 October 2026, the median swap took about 6 minutes, and 90% finished within 9 minutes.

How to swap SOL to XMR
A real case from 5 September 2026: a user swapped 7.32 SOL (~$822) on Solana and received 1.3415 XMR on Monero via Symbiosis in 6 minutes 22 seconds. Expect minutes, not seconds, for a swap into Monero. This is how it went:
Chose SOL and XMR. SOL on Solana as the coin to send and XMR on Monero as the coin to receive.
Connected a wallet and entered a Monero address. A Solana wallet such as Phantom or Solflare sends the SOL. The XMR went to a Monero address pasted into the app; Feather, Cake Wallet, Monerujo and the Monero GUI all provide one. Nothing to sign up for, and no KYC.
Entered the amount. 7.32 SOL (~$822).
Checked the SOL to XMR rate. The app displayed how much XMR the SOL would buy, the fee and the expected time, and set a 2% slippage tolerance.
Signed and received XMR. One transaction signed on Solana; 1.3415 XMR arrived at the Monero address 6 minutes 22 seconds later. The SOL deposit can be checked on Solscan; the XMR side cannot, because Monero hides amounts and addresses.
