About the USDT to TON swap
Why swap USDT to TON. Gram pays every fee on TON and is used across Telegram mini apps. Swapping USDT into the TON network gets your wallet ready to move funds there.
Which USDT you can use. USDT on BNB Chain, Tron or Ethereum. Over the 90 days to 29 September 2026, most USDT swaps into the TON network on Symbiosis came from BNB Chain (69%) and Tron (27%).
How it works. Symbiosis delivers USDT on TON to your TON wallet; to get Gram, the USDT is then swapped to Gram on TON. Both steps happen in the app.
Gram and Toncoin. TON’s native coin was renamed from Toncoin to Gram (GRAM) on 15 June 2026 after a community vote; balances and addresses did not change, and the network is still called TON.

How to swap USDT to TON
Approximate example for 7 October 2026: swapping 1,000 USDT (~$1,000) on BNB Chain returns about 681.18 GRAM on TON, delivered in about 28 seconds. Symbiosis compares routes across DEXes and liquidity sources and picks the best one by price, fee and speed. Here is the flow:
Open the swap. Go to the Symbiosis app and connect a BNB Chain wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet. There is no sign-up and no KYC.
Pick the token you send. Choose USDT on BNB Chain in the From field.
Choose Gram on TON. Set Gram (TON) as the token to receive and TON as the destination network, and enter your address on TON, for example from Tonkeeper. Enter the amount: 1,000 USDT (~$1,000).
Check the quote. Before you sign, the app shows how much Gram you get, the fee, price impact and time. In this example: about 681.18 GRAM, with 2% slippage tolerance.
Sign and receive. Confirm the transaction in your wallet; the funds reach TON as USDT and are swapped to Gram, which lands in your TON wallet.
