Symbiosis joins the Scroll Canvas program
Scroll Canvas is in full mode, and Symbiosis takes a part in it!
We’re excited to unveil our addition to the Scroll ecosystem and onboard you to the universe of Scroll, where users can earn the exclusive Symbiosis Badges.
How to get the badge, what’s the purpose of Scroll Canvas and the F.A.Q. - right in the how-to guide below
What is Scroll Canvas?
Scroll Canvas is a brand new platform which is a part of an onchain campaign hosted by Scroll L2 - a robust Ethereum rollup network that is aimed to provide the most scalability possible for crypto enthusiasts and blockchain builders.
All participants of Scroll Canvas campaigns can receive special Badges. These are non-transferable assets that serve as a proof of the users’ achievements, reputation and activity on the network. According to the Scroll’s latest blog post, the Badges are designed to turn the achievements of the onchain user’s activity into keys that unlock new opportunities.
Scroll Canvas campaign includes the referral program that can decrease the mint fee of the badges and get 0.0005 ETH back to the referrer. So make sure to have enough ETH tokens to mint your Badges at Symbiosis.
Now - to the guide
How to mint Symbiosis badge on Scroll?
The process of minting and collecting Scroll Symbiosis Badges includes several steps:
First thing first, visit the Scroll Canvas page to get started. There you should either insert the code to decrease the fee (GT62E) or simply proceed further;
The system will ask you to state your Username. It will be stored on-chain, and you can change it later, so no worries about your .eth name;
Then, browse the collection of the badges you can mint and collect. Scroll left to find the Symbiosis Badge;
Now, it’s time to secure that Badge and prove your on-chain achievements! Depending on the Badge terms, complete the required task via the Symbiosis WebApp.

The displayed badge above is granted to you when you perform a min $100 funds bridge to Scroll Mainnet via Symbiosis. However, there are three other badges that you can mint and get into your collection:
Cross-Chain Whale - available for mint when you execute a min $500 transaction to Scroll via Symbiosis;
Scroll Swapper - users receive it when performing a min $10 on-chain swap within Scroll Mainnet;
Cross-Chain Beginner - for beginners that bridge min $10 of assets to Scroll.
Make sure to connect the same wallet to Symbiosis that you signed up with for Scroll Canvas!
Symbiosis badge at Scroll Canvas FAQ
Q: I can’t mint the first badge to enter the canvas. What should I do?
A: Firstly, check if you have switched the network in your wallet to Scroll (MetaMask users) or connected your Scroll wallet successfully. Also, the amount of funds to mint the Badge in your wallet should be equal or greater than 0.001 ETH, as it would stop you from claiming one.
Q: The system says that my Symbiosis Canvas Badge cannot be minted. Is there a problem on my side?
A: General troubleshooting should be applied: make sure you have enough funds for the fee to mint your Badge, review the eligibility requirements (if your task was completed). If the problem still occurs, visit our Discord or Telegram community to ask for assistance.
Q: Are these Badges equal to any type of the tokens?
A: According to Scroll, the Badges are non-transferrable and are not equal to NFT or tokens that you can exchange.

02
How do I mint the Symbiosis badge on Scroll?
Visit the Scroll Canvas page, optionally enter referral code GT62E to reduce the fee, set a username, then scroll to find the Symbiosis Badge. Complete the required task in the Symbiosis WebApp and mint the badge to your wallet.
03
Which Symbiosis badges can I earn on Scroll Canvas?
There are four badges: the main badge for bridging a min $100 to Scroll, Cross-Chain Whale for a min $500 transaction, Scroll Swapper for a min $10 on-chain swap, and Cross-Chain Beginner for bridging a min $10 to Scroll.

Confirm your wallet is switched to the Scroll network, that you have enough ETH for the fee, and that the eligibility task was completed in the Symbiosis WebApp. If issues continue, ask for help in the Symbiosis Discord or Telegram.
