Thirty-four blockchains supported within Symbiosis Protocol, and counting. While our team continues to roll out new networks, some of them have been killing it recently - with one of the leaders in terms of ecosystem growth being Scroll Mainnet.

Being one of the most popular Layer 2 networks across the globe, Scroll has gained a lot of presence at Symbiosis. We’re thrilled to announce the latest milestones that Scroll grabbed and earned within our protocol!
While collecting and processing the data, we took into consideration and researched two time frames: Q1 2024 and Q2 2024.

1,250% growth & 9X increase in Scroll popularity
Numbers speak for themselves: in Q2 2024 Scroll received the astronomical increase of the popularity among our Symbiosis Protocol users, reaching the mark of the $115 million volume of cross-chain swaps. This threshold is 9 times bigger than the numbers of Q1 2024 when Scroll Mainnet gained $11,4 million volume.
If we take a closer look at the number of Scroll Mainnet transactions that have been performed via Symbiosis, we can observe a 1,250% growth (yes, one thousand two hundred and fifty percent) in Q2 2024 when Scroll collected 189,321 cross-chain swaps. Respectively, in Q1 2024, we processed 14,875 cross-chain transactions on Scroll.
With all these numbers, it’s no brainer that the cumulative share of Scroll’s presence among the supported blockchain networks increased.
In Q1 2024, Scroll shared only 15% of the overall cross-chain volume of performed swaps;
Therefore, in the second quarter Scroll Mainnet tripled its share and took over 45% of the total cross-chain swaps volume.
Scroll users at Symbiosis
One of the indicators of the Scroll’s organic growth at Symbiosis is the number of active users that interacted with the network via our protocol.
In first quarter of 2024, the number of active Scroll wallet addresses at Symbiosis was 10,624;
During the next three months, over 94 thousand Scroll wallets have signed and sent transactions on the network via Symbiosis WebApp, resulting in 938% growth.
These past couple of months were remarkable for Scroll Mainnet in our protocol outpeaking the results of Q1. And it’s important to note that Q3 seems to bring even better results.
